Gắp thịt đã chiên ra và để lên giấy thấm dầu. Thịt bớt nóng, thái thịt thành những miếng mỏng.
Làm nước sốt dầu hào và nấm hương: Nấm hương rửa sạch, sau đó ngâm nước nóng cho nấm mềm. Thái nấm hương ra rồi cho nấm hương cùng với dầu hào và thêm 1/2 bát nước nhỏ vào xào làm nước sốt. Đun đến khi hỗn hợp sốt sệt lại là được.
Bày trí thịt ra đĩa, rưới thêm sốt dầu hào nấm hương lên trên. Khi ăn trộn đều lên là được. Có thể dùng nóng với cơm rất thơm ngon.
