Đun sôi 200ml nước lọc, cho gói trà túi lọc vào ngâm khoảng 10-15 phút cho trà ra nước. Sau đó, thêm vào 3 muỗng canh đường và 100ml nước cốt chanh, khuấy đều cho tan đường.
Cho hỗn hợp trà chanh vào 1/2 các khuôn làm kem que, đặt trong ngăn làm đá tủ lạnh khoảng 5-10 phút. Sau đó cắm que kem vào, rót tiếp nước cốt chanh vào đây khuôn. Đặt tiếp trong tủ lạnh 3-4 tiếng cho kem đông cứng là có thể dùng.
